Please do not return your Wubble to the store. Replacing a Wubble requires a $6.99 P&H cost that can be mailed in by check or you can pay for it right here with a credit card. Just click Warranty Return. Your payment confirmation email should then be printed and included in your return envelope.

Instructions for Replacing Your Wubble
1. Have an adult use a scissor to cut off the Wubble valve - including all the legal copy.
2. Stick the Wubble valve(s) into the enclosed pre-addressed envelope with your own postage. Make sure to neatly fill out your return address.
3. Enclose a check for $6.99 (US Dollars) for processing and handling or your payment confirmation email if paying by credit card online for EACH Wubble valve you are returning. Checks payable to "NSI International."
4. Place the correct US postage on envelope and mail. Make sure to put on the correct amount of postage. Once we receive the above we will send you out a new Wubble right away!!!
